Lowertown St. Paul Seestedt’s Building
This is a historic rehabilitation of a 30,000 foot brick and timber building located in the energetic lower town neighborhood of St. Paul. The Project includes 10,000 plus square feet of retail leased to Chuck and Don’s Pet Supplies in Wellhaven Pet health, a veterinarian clinic. The renovation is currently underway and is slated for a summer grand opening.

Featured in various journals and news outlets, The Lakes at Stillwater is a $80 million, 240 unit continuum care senior living campus situated upon 60 acres around Long Lake in Stillwater, Minnesota. This collaborative project is currently under construction and is slated for opening in spring of 2019. Northland Real Estate Group is acting as the co-real estate developer in collaboration with The Goodman Group, and Intergenerational Living & Health Care, Inc. (ILHC).
