The Lakes at Stillwater
Northland Real Estate Group is currently working in a collaborative partnership with Intergenerational Living & Health Care, Inc. (ILHC) and The Goodman Group, on The Lakes at Stillwater, a $80 million dollar, 240 unit continuum care senior living facility in Stillwater, Minnesota. The 65+ acre development project is under construction and plans to open in the spring of 2019.

Lindstrom attracts first Apartments
Northland Real Estate Group’s planned three-story 103-unit apartment complex on the shores of South Lindstrom Lake in Lindstrom will include a small boat marina and a restaurant.
Lowertown St. Paul Seestedt’s Building
This is a historic rehabilitation of a 30,000 foot brick and timber building located in the energetic lower town neighborhood of St. Paul. The Project includes 10,000 plus square feet of retail leased to Chuck and Don’s Pet Supplies in Wellhaven Pet health, a veterinarian clinic. The renovation is currently underway and is slated for a summer grand opening.
Burnsville Rentals
The four-story, 100 unit active adult market-rate rental project will be built on 3 acres overlooking Crystal Lake and looking up Buck Hill ski area.
